We really enjoyed our recent stay in the Comporta Village House. Nestled in a row of original townhouses, it manages to combine peace and privacy, with proximity to several lively bars and village restaurants and, of course, the beach.
The house itself is beautifully appointed and we felt at home as soon as we entered. The attention to detail puts this into a class of its own amongst holiday lets. We look forward to being able to return for a longer stay and explore more that Comporta has to offer.

The house is surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated to a high standard. It's very stylish but also very comfortable. The front garden is a peaceful oasis of fruit trees and it's lovely to relax by the pool in the back garden. It has all the amenities you could desire and is only a short stroll from the village bars, shops and restaurants. I would recommend a holiday here.

When I was planning to take some friends to Portugal for a week, Comporta immediately came to mind.
The challenge was finding somewhere that would work equally well for relaxing and doing very little, while also being a great base for exploring the beaches, restaurants and surrounding area. With three of us also being very into wellbeing, the right property was particularly important.
I came across this beautiful property right in the heart of Comporta and reached out to the hosts. Geri was unbelievably helpful from the start and made organising our group stay incredibly easy.
The house really is a home away from home, with everything you could want for a relaxing stay with friends or family. The pool is a fantastic addition, and the location is hard to beat.
We actually ended up spending much more time at the house than we expected. The evenings in Comporta are simply blissful, and it was the perfect place to come back to, relax and enjoy time together.
We loved it so much that we've already booked our next stay, and I'll certainly be recommending it to a select few friends who I know will appreciate it as much as we did.
